Orders & Payment

Which payments are accepted?
PayPal and eligible major debit or credit cards displayed through PayPal's secure hosted checkout.

Can I cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. We will try to cancel orders that have not entered fulfillment. See our Cancellation Policy.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States using trackable carriers.

When will my order arrive?
Processing normally takes 1–3 business days. Standard carrier delivery is normally 5–10 business days after shipment.

Returns

What is the return window?
Eligible unworn footwear may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Authorization is required before mailing.

Are there restocking fees?
No. See the Return & Refund Policy for return-shipping details.

Marketplace Purchases

What if I purchased through Walmart?
Start order support, cancellation, or returns through the Walmart account used for purchase. Walmart Marketplace requirements control those transactions.
