Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests

Contact us as soon as possible at Admin@mohsinpro.com or (859) 449-3539, with your order number. A request is not complete until we confirm it.

Before and After Shipment

We will make a reasonable effort to cancel orders that have not entered fulfillment. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

Seller Cancellations

We may cancel and refund an order if inventory is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected. We will notify the customer using the order contact details.

Marketplace Orders

For Walmart Marketplace or other third-party marketplace purchases, submit the cancellation request through that marketplace. The marketplace order status and cancellation rules control.
